The Senior Leadership Offsite (SLO) is CACI’s annual leadership conference, bringing together executives and senior leaders for strategic discussions, presentations, and collaborative experiences. I led the creative development of the event from concept through execution, translating the conference’s themes into a cohesive visual experience across the stage environment, presentation design, motion graphics, auxiliary stage videos, and supporting event materials. This included developing the visual direction for the main stage, creating presentation systems for executive speakers, and designing graphics that carried the event’s identity throughout the conference.

Beyond the main stage, I extended the experience into interactive kiosks, digital touchpoints, and offsite event environments, ensuring every element felt connected and intentional. Working across a wide range of formats and applications, I helped bring the event together as a unified experience that balanced executive-level polish with engaging visual storytelling. From the first on-screen graphic to the physical spaces leaders moved through, my focus was on creating an environment that reinforced the event’s purpose and elevated the overall experience.
